WHAT’S YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Need a different size, color, or product?
We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items that are new, unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging included.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order confirmation or receipt. Our team will assist you with the exchange process and help you choose a better option if available.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At ÉVORA Collections, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items that are unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and original packaging included.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team and provide your order confirmation or receipt.

Returned item(s) must be shipped back by mail after your return request has been approved. Items must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.

ÉVORA Collections reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN FEES?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for non-defective returns, including change-of-mind returns, ordering errors, or items that are no longer wanted.
Non-defective returns, customer ordering errors, or change-of-mind returns may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are not subject to a restocking fee. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist you with the return or exchange process.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

HOW DO I TRACK MY RETURN?

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back by mail and providing tracking information when applicable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ÉVORA Collections is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.
